Integration Overview

IntegrationsLast updated April 24, 2025

Nuha Chat is built to plug into the rest of your stack. Whether you use Zapier, Make, a CRM like HubSpot, an ecommerce platform like Shopify, or your own internal tools — you can connect them in minutes.

When to use this guide

When you want WhatsApp activity in Nuha Chat to trigger or sync with another tool — for example, push new contacts to your CRM, or send WhatsApp messages when an order is placed.

Before you start

  • Admin access to your Nuha Chat workspace.
  • An account in the tool you want to connect (Zapier, Make, your CRM, etc.).

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Pick the right integration type

Use Zapier or Make for no-code workflows between popular apps. Use API keys for direct, custom integrations from your own backend. Use webhooks to receive real-time events from Nuha Chat in your own system.

  2. 2

    Generate an API key

Settings → Integrations → API Keys → Create key. Give it a clear name (e.g. 'Zapier' or 'Internal CRM'). Copy the key — it's shown only once.

  3. 3

    Set up a webhook

Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New webhook. Paste the URL of your endpoint and choose which events to subscribe to (new message, new contact, conversation closed, broadcast finished).

  4. 4

    Connect Zapier or Make

Search for 'Nuha Chat' in Zapier or Make, paste your API key, and start building Zaps or scenarios with our pre-built triggers and actions.

  5. 5

    Test the connection

Send a test event from Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → Test, or run a sample Zap. Confirm the data lands in the destination tool as expected.

What happens next

Once connected, your stack stays in sync automatically. Common use cases: push new WhatsApp leads into your CRM, send order confirmations from Shopify over WhatsApp, or trigger a follow-up automation when a deal stage changes.

Common issues

Webhook is not firing.

Confirm the URL is reachable from the public internet (not localhost). Check Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → Logs for the most recent attempt and the response status.

API key returns 401 Unauthorized.

The key may have been rotated or revoked. Generate a new one and update it in your integration. Treat API keys like passwords — never commit them to source control.
