This guide walks you through the minimum steps to start using Nuha Chat with a real WhatsApp number and a real customer reply.

When to use this guide

Use this if you've just signed up and want to get value as quickly as possible.

Before you start

  • A verified business name and contact email.
  • A WhatsApp number ready to use with WhatsApp Official. If the number is currently used in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, you may need to migrate or remove it from the app before connecting it to WhatsApp Official.
  • Admin access to your Facebook Business Manager (we'll help you create one if needed).

Step-by-step

    Create your workspace

    After sign-up, name your workspace (usually your company name). This name will appear in invites, reports, and customer-facing meta.

    Connect WhatsApp Official

    From the dashboard, click Connect WhatsApp. You'll be guided through Meta's embedded sign-up — it takes about 5 minutes.

    Invite your team

    Go to Settings → Team and invite teammates by email. Assign each person a role: Admin, Agent, or Viewer.

    Send a test message

    From the Inbox, start a new conversation with your own personal WhatsApp number to verify everything works end-to-end.

    Open Automation → New Automation → use the Auto Assign Leads template so new conversations are routed to the right agent automatically.

What happens next

Once your number is connected and your team is in, you can start replying live, importing contacts, and submitting your first broadcast template.

Common issues

WhatsApp connection fails at the Meta step.

If the number is currently used in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, you may need to migrate or remove it from the app before connecting it to WhatsApp Official. Then retry the connection. See Connect Your WhatsApp Number.

Team invite emails don't arrive.

Ask the invitee to check spam, then resend from Settings → Team. Corporate firewalls sometimes delay delivery by a few minutes.
