Nuha Chat is a team product — multiple people can reply from the same WhatsApp number at the same time without overlap.
When to use this guide
Once your workspace is configured and you're ready to bring agents on.
Before you start
- Email addresses of everyone you want to invite.
- A clear idea of who should be Admin vs Agent vs Viewer.
Step-by-step

Open the team page
Settings → Team → Invite member.

Add email addresses
Paste one email per line. You can invite up to 50 people at once.

Pick a role per invite
Admins manage the workspace, Agents reply to customers, Viewers see reports only. See Roles & Permissions for the full breakdown.

Send invites
Each person gets an email with a one-click join link valid for 7 days.
What happens next
Once teammates accept, they show up in your team list and can be assigned to conversations and automations.
Common issues
Someone joined under the wrong role.
Open Settings → Team, click their row, and change the role. The change is instant.
Invite link expired.
Resend from Settings → Team. The new link replaces the old one.
