Your workspace is the shared environment your whole team works inside. A few minutes of setup now saves a lot of confusion later.

When to use this guide

Right after creating your account, before inviting teammates.

Before you start

  • Admin access to the workspace.
  • Your company's standard business hours and time zone.

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Open workspace settings

    Go to Settings → Workspace. You'll see general info, branding, and operating hours.

    This name appears in reports and on internal pages. Upload a square logo (PNG, at least 256×256).

  3. 3

    Choose your time zone

    All reports, automations, and scheduled broadcasts use this time zone. Pick the one your team operates in.

  4. 4

    Set business hours

    Define when your team is online. This drives away-message automations and SLA tracking.

  5. 5

    Save changes

    Click Save. Settings apply immediately for everyone in the workspace.

What happens next

Now invite your team — they'll inherit these settings the moment they accept.

Common issues

Reports show times that don't match my local time.

Workspace time zone is set incorrectly. Update it under Settings → Workspace and refresh the report.
