Plans Overview

Billing & PlansLast updated April 24, 2025

Nuha Chat plans are designed to grow with you. This guide explains what each plan includes, how usage limits work, and where to upgrade or download invoices.

When to use this guide

Read this when you're choosing your first plan, hitting a limit, or trying to understand a charge on your invoice.

Before you start

  • Admin access to your workspace (only Admins can change plans).

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Understand the plan tiers

Plans are tiered by team size and monthly conversation volume. Most teams start on Starter (small team, basic automation) and move to Growth or Pro as they scale into broadcasts, advanced automation, and multiple WhatsApp numbers.

  2. 2

    Know what counts as usage

Usage is measured in two main ways: (1) WhatsApp conversations (set by Meta — every 24-hour customer service window with a contact counts as one) and (2) included team seats. Some features like broadcasts also count against your monthly conversation pool.

  3. 3

    Check your current usage

Settings → Billing → Usage shows live numbers for the current billing period: conversations used, seats in use, and how close you are to your plan's limits.

  4. 4

    Upgrade your plan

Settings → Billing → Change plan. Pick a higher tier, review the price, and confirm. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.

  5. 5

    View billing history

Settings → Billing → Invoices lists every invoice with date, amount, and a download link. Invoices include your business name and tax info as configured in Settings → Workspace.

What happens next

Once you're on the right plan, set a usage alert (Settings → Billing → Alerts) so you're notified before hitting any limit.

Common issues

Why is my conversation count higher than I expected?

Each unique customer you message in a 24-hour window counts as one conversation. Broadcasts to many recipients open many conversations. See Usage Limits Explained.

My card was declined on renewal.

Update your payment method under Settings → Billing → Payment method. Your workspace stays active for a short grace period while you fix it.
