Find and sort your contacts

See everyone who chatted with you, with how much they spent and how keen they are.

    Open Contacts

    Tap Contacts in the menu. The tiles show Contacts, Hot leads, Have bought and Quiet 30+ days.

    Search

    Type in Search name, number, label or what they want.

    Use the quick filters

    Tap All, Hot, Bought, Never bought, Quiet 30+ days, Opted out or Archived. Use All labels to show one label only.

    Open a contact

    Tap a contact to see their full profile.

    Archive quiet contacts (optional)

    Owners and admins: filter the list, then tap Archive these …. Their chats and orders stay, and they come back by themselves if they message you. Use Archived → Bring back these … to undo.

Tips

  • Archived contacts don’t count toward your plan’s contact limit.
  • No promos means the customer replied STOP. Campaigns skip them.

Something not working?

Some contacts show "Over limit".

You have more contacts than your plan allows. Their messages still arrive, but Nuha, automations and broadcasts leave them alone. Upgrade, add contacts, or archive quiet ones.
