    Tap To do in the menu. The top says how many things are waiting.

    Filter by type

    Tap All, Chats, Knowledge & catalog, Finance, Campaigns or Plan. The number shows how many are in each.

    Handle chats

    Approve, edit or discard Nuha’s drafts. For chats that need a person, tap Reply now or Give back to Nuha.

    Handle knowledge

    When Nuha found a different price on your website, tap Update to … or Keep my price. For new answers, tap Approve, Ignore or Edit. For questions she could not answer, tap Write the answer.

    Handle finance and campaigns

    Turn an accepted quotation into an invoice with Make invoice, send an overdue invoice reminder with Send reminder on WhatsApp, or open a paused campaign with Check & decide.

Tips

  • Most items take one tap. Done items disappear from the list.
  • When the list is empty you see All done 🎉.
  • If you are near a plan limit, a Plan item shows how much is used.

Something not working?

It says "The owner or an admin decides."

Price and knowledge changes can only be approved by the owner or an admin.
