Approve, edit or discard Nuha’s drafts

When Nuha asks you first, check her reply and send it with one tap.

Before you start

  • Nuha is on Ask me first, or she was unsure about a reply.

    Find drafts waiting

    Open To do and tap Chats. Each draft says “Nuha’s reply to … is waiting for your OK”.

    Approve & send

    Send it as it is

    Tap Approve & send. The customer gets the reply on WhatsApp.

    Change it first

    Tap Edit, change the text, then tap Send.

    Throw it away

    Tap Discard if the reply is not right. Nothing is sent.

    Or do it inside the chat

    Drafts also show in the chat with a dashed border and Nuha’s draft · needs your OK. Use Send, Edit or Discard there.

Tips

  • If a draft has a yellow warning (for example a price that is not in your Catalog), read it before you send.
  • Tap Open chat to read the whole conversation first.
  • Want Nuha to send by herself? Switch to Auto within limits in Settings → Nuha AI.

Something not working?

Drafts keep piling up.

Nuha is on Ask me first. Switch to Auto within limits if you trust her answers, or teach her rules so her drafts need fewer changes.
