Save and use quick replies
Save answers you type often and insert them with a short shortcut.

Open saved replies
Tap Quick reply above the message box, or type / in the box.

Add a new one
Tap Manage (or Add one). Type a shortcut, like harga, and the message. Tap Save reply.

Use it in a chat
Type / and the first letters of the shortcut, like /har. Tap the reply, or press Enter to pick the first match. Check it, then send.
Tips
- Everyone in your business can use the same saved replies.
- Type a message first, then open Manage to save that text as a new reply.
Something not working?
It says "No match".
No saved reply has that shortcut or text. Check the spelling, or add a new one.
I want to remove a saved reply.
Open Manage and tap the bin next to it.
