Glossary
35 words you will meet in Nuha Chat and WhatsApp Business, in plain English.
- 24-hour window
- WhatsApp lets you reply for free for 24 hours after a customer’s last message. After that, you can only send an approved template, which Meta charges for.
- AI credits
- What Nuha uses to write replies and do AI work. About 1 credit for each reply by Nuha. Your own replies, orders, invoices and forms do not use credits.
- Approval card
- A preview of something Nuha prepared, waiting for your tap before it goes out.
- Ask me first
- Nuha writes a draft and waits for you to tap Send, edit or discard it.
- Ask Nuha
- The floating Nuha button in the app. Ask about your business or tell her what to prepare, like a quotation or an automation.
- Auto within limits
- Nuha replies by herself, inside the rules and limits you set. Anything unusual still comes to you.
- Catalog
- Your products, services and booking services with their prices. Nuha only quotes prices from here.
- CHIP
- The Malaysian payment gateway Nuha Chat uses for FPX and card payment links. Money goes to your own CHIP account.
- Coexistence
- Using the same WhatsApp number in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and in Nuha Chat at the same time.
- Contact
- A customer or lead who has messaged your WhatsApp number, with their history, labels and orders.
- Credit note
- A document that reduces or cancels an invoice, for example after a refund.
- Draft
- A reply Nuha wrote but did not send yet, because Ask me first is on or a guardrail stopped it.
- FPX
- Malaysian online banking payment. Customers pay from their bank account through the payment link.
- Guardrail
- A safety check on Nuha’s replies, such as the price check. When a guardrail stops a reply, it waits for you.
- Handover
- When Nuha passes a chat to your team, for example a complaint or a customer asking for a person. The chat shows Needs you.
- Hot lead
- A customer who looks ready to buy, for example asking about postage or quantity.
- Knowledge
- What Nuha knows about your business: business info, questions and answers, rules and sources like your website or PDFs.
- Marketing template
