Handle chats Nuha hands to you

Answer chats that need a person, then give them back to Nuha.

See what needs you
In Inbox, tap the Needs you view. The number shows how many chats are waiting. They also show in To do.

Read why
Open the chat. A yellow bar at the top says Needs you: and the reason, for example a complaint or a big order.

Reply yourself
Type your answer and send it. Nuha does not reply while the chat needs you.

Give it back to Nuha
When you are done, tap Mark handled. Nuha can reply in this chat again. In To do the same button is called Give back to Nuha.

Tips

Nuha hands over complaints when Complaints go to a human is on, and big deals above your Hand over deals above limit (Settings → Nuha AI → Safety).
You can also find these chats in To do under Chats.

Nuha still does not reply after I tapped Mark handled.

Check the AI replies switch at the top of the chat is on, and that Nuha is not paused for the whole business.
