Set Nuha’s safety limits

Set the most discount Nuha may give, daily limits, and when she hands chats to you.

    Open Safety

    Go to Settings → Nuha AI → Safety.

    Set the limits

    Fill in Maximum discount (empty means no discounts), Marketing messages per day, Daily spend limit and Hand over deals above.

    Save

    Tap Save limits. Nuha can never go past these, even on Auto.

    Complaints

    Keep Complaints go to a human on to hand angry or refund messages to your team before Nuha answers.

    Know what is always on

    Always on lists protection you can’t switch off: business topics only, customer messages treated as data, prices checked against your Catalog, and a policy check before every campaign.

Tips

  • A reply with a price that is not in your Catalog (or inside your discount limit) waits for your OK.
  • At the daily spend limit, campaigns and Nuha stop until tomorrow and your team answers.

Something not working?

Nuha won’t give any discount.

Maximum discount is empty or 0. Set a number and save.
