Test Nuha in Practice mode

Run pretend chats to see how Nuha answers before real customers see a change.

   Open Practice

   Go to Nuha & team → Practice.

   Open this in Nuha Chat

   Add your own question (optional)

   Type a tricky message under Your own test message, like “Boleh hantar ke Brunei?”.

   Run the tests

   Tap Run 5 test chats (or 6 with your own message). Nothing is sent to customers.

   Practice mode

   Pass · Asks for a discount

   Check · Angry customer

   Run 5 test chats

4. 4

   Read the results

   Each test shows the test customer and Nuha’s answer, marked Pass or Check. The Scorecard shows Stays in limits, On-topic, Correct handover and Short replies.

   Fix and run again

   If something needs a look, adjust Knowledge, rules or limits, then run again.
