Turn Nuha off for one chat

Let your team handle one customer by hand while Nuha keeps replying to everyone else.

    Open the chat

    Open the customer’s chat in Inbox.

    Open this in Nuha Chat

    Switch AI replies off

    At the top right, turn off the AI replies switch. Nuha stops replying in this chat only.

    Switch it back on later

    Turn the AI replies switch on again when you want Nuha to take over.

Tips

  • In the chat list, a 🙋 face on the photo means your team replies; Nuha’s face means she replies.
  • Use Filter → Replies by → Your team to see every chat where Nuha is off.
  • To stop Nuha everywhere at once, use Pause all AI instead.

Something not working?

The switch is on but Nuha does not reply.

Nuha may be paused for the whole business (a yellow bar says so), the chat may need you, or you may be out of AI credits.
