Open the chat
Open the customer’s chat. The buttons sit above the message box.

Share an item
Tap Share item and pick a product, service or booking. The customer gets the photo (if any), name and price.

Create an order
Tap Create order, set how many of each item, pick the delivery area if needed, and tap Send order. The customer gets the summary and a payment link.

Book a slot
If you sell bookings, tap Book slot, pick the booking and a time, then send.

Send a quotation
Tap Quotation. It opens Finance with a new quotation for this customer.

Send a form
Tap WhatsApp Form and pick a live form. The answers land on the customer’s profile.

Prices always come from your price list, so Nuha and your team quote the same price.
With CHIP connected, the order turns Paid by itself when the customer pays.
The deal moves in the Pipeline by itself when you send an order or quotation.

It says "CHIP is not connected, so no payment link is added".

Connect CHIP in Settings → Payments. Until then, mark the order paid yourself when the customer pays.

I don’t see Book slot.

It only shows when you have at least one booking item.

It says "Nothing to share yet".

Add your items and prices in Products, Services or Bookings first.
