See a customer’s history, add notes and tasks, and keep custom details.

Open the profile
In Contacts, tap a customer. Or tap Open full profile → in a chat.

Act from the top
Use Open chat, Call, Order, Book or Quote at the top.

Check the Overview
Overview shows total paid, orders, average order and when they may buy again, plus What Nuha knows (what they want, main concern, language, city).

Add your own details
Under Details & custom fields, edit the name and city, tap Add a field for things like skin type or size, then tap Save.

Add notes and tasks
Open Notes & tasks. Choose Note or Task, write it, add a due time for tasks, and tap Save. Tick a task when it is done.

See the history
Open Timeline, Orders & payments, Bookings or Documents (receipts).

Tips

Only your team sees notes, tasks and custom fields.
The What Nuha learned tab is not ready yet. Today Nuha fills in what they want, their concern, language and city on the Overview.
