Save groups of customers (segments)

Make a group like "bought in the last 90 days" that keeps itself up to date.

   Open Segments

   Go to Contacts → Segments.

   Open this in Nuha Chat

   Start a new segment

   Tap New segment and give it a name, like Serum buyers.

   Pick the groups

   Tap one or more groups, like Bought in last … days, Quiet … days or more, Bought a specific item, Chatted but never bought, Hot & warm leads or Has a label. Set the days, item or label if asked.

   New segment

   Bought in last 90 days

   Hot & warm leads

   124 contacts right now

   Save segment

   Save

   Check the live count and tap Save segment.

   Send a campaign

   Tap Send campaign on the segment card.
