Add a service

Add work you do for customers, with a price and how they pay.

Before you start

Open your service list
Go to Services and tap the Services tab.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Tap Add service
Tap Add service, then type the Name and Price (RM).

Choose how the customer pays
Under How the customer pays, pick Pay online now (the customer gets a CHIP payment link) or Pay after the job (the job starts straight away and you mark it paid later).

Describe it and save
In Description, write what is included, how long it takes and what the customer must prepare. Tap Save.

Jobs for services appear in the Jobs tab. Use Start job and Mark as done to move them along.
If you are SST-registered, SST is added to services. See the Tax settings guide.
How many services you can have depends on your plan.

Customers are not getting a payment link

Connect CHIP in Settings → Payments. Without CHIP, no link is added.
