Connect your CHIP payment account

Link your own CHIP account so customers can pay by FPX, card or e-wallet and orders turn Paid by themselves.

Before you start

Get your keys from CHIP
Log in at gate.chip-in.asia. Switch to Test mode first. Go to Developers and copy your Brand ID and Secret Key.

Open Payments settings
In Nuha Chat, go to Settings, tap Payments, then Payment gateway.

Paste and connect
Pick Test (no real money), paste the Brand ID and Secret Key, and tap Connect CHIP. It shows Connected · Test when it works.

Try a test payment
In the Inbox, open a chat, tap Create order and pay the link with CHIP's test bank. The order should turn Paid.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Go live
Back in Settings → Payments, pick Live, paste your live Brand ID and Secret Key, and tap Save. Now real money is taken.

Money goes straight to your own CHIP account. Nuha Chat never holds your customers' payments.
Your Secret Key is stored encrypted. Nobody, including the Nuha team, can read it back.
Under Nuha and payment links, choose if Nuha may send payment links by herself and when Links expire after.
Billplz is shown as Soon. Only CHIP works today.

It says the last connection failed

Check that the keys match the mode: test keys for Test, live keys for Live. Then try again.

I do not see the Payments tab

Only the owner or an admin can see and change payments.
