Send a payment link

Make a CHIP payment link for a walk-in, phone order or social media DM, or resend one for an order.

Before you start

Open Finance → Payments
Go to Finance and tap the Payments tab.

Create a payment link
Choose an item… · Qty
Customer name (optional) · WhatsApp number (optional)
Create link

Pick the item
Under Create a payment link, choose an item and type the quantity. Add the customer's name and WhatsApp number if you have them.

Create and copy
Tap Create link, then Copy and send it to the customer.

Or resend for an order
Open an unpaid order and tap Send payment link or Send new link. Tap Copy link to paste it yourself.

Customers pay by FPX, card or e-wallet. When they pay, the order turns Paid and a receipt is sent.
Links expire after the time set in Settings → Payments → Links expire after.
Booking types are not in this list. Book them from the chat with Book slot or your Booking page.

It says Payment link expired

Open the order and tap Send new link.

I see "Connect CHIP first"

Connect CHIP in Settings → Payments.
