Create an order in a chat

Make an order for a customer from the Inbox and send them the total and payment link.

Before you start

Open the chat
Go to the Inbox and open the customer's chat.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Tap Create order
Tap Create order under the message box.

Pick items and quantity
Use + and – to set how many of each item. Prices come from your price list.

Choose delivery or a time
For products, pick Semenanjung, Sabah / Sarawak or Self pickup. For appointments, you can pick a time now or later.

Send
Tap Send order. The customer gets the summary and a CHIP payment link in the chat.

Nuha also creates orders by herself after a customer confirms.
Orders appear in Products → Orders, Services → Jobs or Bookings → Appointments.
Items set to pay later (after the job or at the appointment) get no payment link.

No payment link was added

CHIP is not connected. Connect it in Settings → Payments.

It says something is out of stock

Update the stock in Products, or lower the quantity.
