Understand order statuses

What each order status means and how an order moves from payment to done.

   Open your orders

   Go to Products → Orders, Services → Jobs or Bookings → Appointments.

   Products · Orders

   To ship 3 · Unpaid 2 · Paid this month RM1,240

   Read the status

   Waiting for payment = link sent, not paid. Paid = money received. Shipped, In progress or Booked = being handled. Completed = done. Cancelled = stopped.

   Follow the flow

   Products: Paid → Mark as shipped → Complete order. Services: Paid → Start job → Mark as done. Appointments: Paid or Booked → Mark as attended.

   Use the filters

   Tap To ship (or To do / Upcoming), Unpaid, Completed, Cancelled or All. Search by #number, name, phone or tracking number.
