Offer cash on delivery (COD)

Let customers pay the rider when the parcel arrives, then confirm the money came in.

    Turn on COD

    Go to Products → Delivery. Under Cash on delivery (COD), turn on Allow cash on delivery.

    Set the rules

    Pick Where COD is allowed, type a COD fee (RM) (0 for none) and, if you want, a limit in Only for orders up to. Tap Save delivery settings.

    Customer orders with COD

    On your Order Link, the customer picks Cash on delivery and taps Place order (pay on delivery). With Confirm on WhatsApp on, they send you the order on WhatsApp to confirm it.

    Ship it

    COD orders go straight to To ship with a COD tag. Add the tracking and tap Mark as shipped.

    Confirm the money

    When the cash reaches you, open the order and tap Paid RM… · done. The receipt is sent then. If the money is not in yet, tap Done, not paid yet and mark it paid later.

Tips

  • The COD fee is added to the delivery charge.
  • COD is for products only.

Something not working?

Customers do not see Cash on delivery

Check COD is on for their area and the order is under your limit.

Mark as paid is missing

Only the owner or an admin can mark an order as paid.
