A simple shop page where customers pick items, pay and confirm on WhatsApp.

Before you start

  • At least one product or service
  • CHIP connected, if you want online payment

    Open Order Link

    Go to Products (or Services) and tap the Order Link tab.

    Turn it on

    Turn on Link is live. Turn it off any time to pause new orders.

    Choose the options

    Turn on Delivery if customers should enter an address and postcode. Turn on Confirm on WhatsApp so the customer sends you the order on WhatsApp. Self pickup and Cash on delivery are set in Products → Delivery.

    Copy and share

    Tap Copy and put the link in your bio, ads and WhatsApp status. Tap Preview as customer to try it.

Tips

  • The shop shows only items set to Available.
  • If your Booking page is on, appointments show a Book button that opens it.
  • The link name is the same as your Booking page. Change it in Bookings → Booking page.
  • Changes save as soon as you flip a switch.

Something not working?

The shop says nothing to order

Add products or services first, and make sure they are set to Available.

There is no Pay online option

Connect CHIP in Settings → Payments.
