Set delivery fees and self pickup

Set your standard delivery fees, free delivery and self pickup for products.

    Open Delivery

    Go to Products and tap the Delivery tab.

    Set standard fees

    Under Standard delivery fees, type the fee for Semenanjung (RM) and Sabah / Sarawak (RM). Leave both at 0 for no fee.

    Offer free delivery (optional)

    Turn on Free delivery for orders from and type the order subtotal, for example 150.00.

    Allow self pickup (optional)

    Turn on Allow self pickup and type your Pickup address. Customers get it with a Google Maps link.

    Save

    Tap Save delivery settings.

Tips

  • There is one delivery fee per order. If products have different fees, the customer pays the highest one.
  • A product can have its own fee or free delivery: edit it in the Products tab.
  • On your Order Link, the rate is picked by the customer's postcode.

Something not working?

The fields are greyed out

Only the owner or an admin can change delivery settings.
