Add an item with its price so Nuha can quote it, sell it and send a payment link.

Before you start

Open your product list
Go to Products and tap the Products tab.

Tap Add product
Tap Add product. A form opens.

Fill in the basics
Type the Name and Price (RM). Add a Photo if you like (JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB). Leave Stock blank if you do not want to count stock.

Choose the delivery fee
Under Delivery, pick Standard (uses your fees in Products → Delivery), Custom fee (its own Semenanjung and Sabah / Sarawak fee) or Free delivery. Weight (grams) is optional.

Write a short description
In Description, write size, ingredients, what is in the box or who it is for. Nuha uses this to answer questions.

Save
Keep Available (Nuha can offer it) ticked and tap Save. Nuha can quote the product straight away.

Nuha only quotes prices from this list, so keep it up to date.
Tap the small picture on the left of a product in the list to add or change its photo quickly.
In a chat, tap Share item under the message box to send the product's photo, name and price to the customer.
How many products you can have depends on your plan. Only items set to Available count.

It says my plan includes only a certain number of products

You have reached the limit for your plan. Hide or delete a product you no longer sell, or upgrade in Settings → Billing & AI fuel.

The photo did not upload

Use a JPG or PNG under 5 MB and try again.
