Choose what you sell

Tell Nuha Chat if you sell products, services, appointments or a mix, so the right menus show up.

    Open Business settings

    Go to Settings and tap the Business tab.

    What you sell: Products · Services · Appointments
    Address
    Save

    Tick what you sell

    Under What you sell, tick Products (things you deliver), Services (work you do for the customer) and/or Appointments (time slots customers book). You can tick more than one.

    Save

    Tap Save. The Sell menu now shows Products, Services and Bookings to match what you ticked.

Tips

  • Products, services and appointments all use the same order and payment system underneath, so you can mix them in one order.
  • Unticking something only hides its menu. Your items and orders are kept.

Something not working?

I cannot see Products, Services or Bookings in the menu

Tick it under Settings → Business → What you sell and tap Save. If you open the page from an old link, you will see a note that the menu is hidden.

The checkboxes are greyed out

Only the owner or an admin can change business settings.
