Add a booking type

Add an appointment customers can book, with its length, place and price.

Before you start

Open Booking types
Go to Bookings and tap the Booking types tab.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Tap Add booking type
Tap Add booking type. Type the Name (for example Facial 60 min) and Price (RM), then pick the Session length.

Choose how the customer pays
Pick Pay online now (CHIP payment link) or Pay at the appointment (the slot is booked straight away and you mark it paid later).

Choose where
Pick At our place (uses the address in Bookings → Availability), At the customer's place (Nuha asks for their address) or Online (paste your meeting link).

Save
Add a Description and tap Save.

How many booking types you can have depends on your plan.
Next, set your opening hours in Availability so customers only see times you are open.

My booking page says no services can be booked

Add at least one booking type and make sure Available (Nuha can offer it) is ticked.
