Track stock for a product

Let Nuha Chat count your stock so customers cannot buy more than you have.

    Open the product

    Go to Products, tap the Products tab, then tap the pencil next to the product.

    Enter how many you have

    Type a number in Stock. Leave it blank if you do not want to track stock for this product.

    Stock (blank = not tracked)
    Save

    Save

    Tap Save. The list now shows how many are in stock.

Tips

  • Stock goes down by itself when an order is paid.
  • At 0, the product shows Out of stock in your list and Sold out on your Order Link, and orders for it are stopped.
  • If a customer asks for more than you have, the order is stopped with a message like 'Only 2 left in stock'.

Something not working?

Stock did not go down after an order

Stock only goes down when the order is paid. Unpaid orders do not take stock.

I restocked but it still says Out of stock

Edit the product, type the new number in Stock and tap Save.
