Hide or delete an item

Stop Nuha from offering a product, service or booking type, for a while or for good.

    Find the item

    Open Products, Services or Bookings and go to the list tab (Products, Services or Booking types).

    Hide it for a while

    Tap the pencil, untick Available (Nuha can offer it) and tap Save. The item shows hidden from Nuha and is faded in the list.

    Or delete it for good

    Tap the bin icon next to the item and confirm. Nuha stops quoting it. This cannot be undone.

Tips

  • Hiding is better for seasonal items: tick Available again when it is back.
  • Hidden items do not show on your Order Link or Booking page, and do not count toward your plan limit.
  • Past orders keep the item name and price even after you delete it.

Something not working?

I ticked Available again and it says my plan is full

Making an item available again needs room in your plan. Hide another item or upgrade.
