Ship an order and add tracking

Add the courier and tracking number, tell the customer, then complete the order.

    Open the order

    Go to Products → Orders, tap To ship and open the order.

    Open this in Nuha Chat

    Add courier and tracking

    Under Ship this order, type the Courier (for example J&T) and Tracking number.

    Mark as shipped

    Mark as shipped

    Keep Tell the customer on WhatsApp ticked and tap Mark as shipped. The status becomes Shipped.

    Complete it

    When the parcel arrives, open the order and tap Complete order. For self pickup, tap Mark as collected.

Tips

  • Made a typo? Open the order, fix the tracking number and tap Update.

Something not working?

I cannot see Ship this order

Only paid orders (or cash on delivery orders) can be shipped. Self pickup orders do not need shipping.
