Find your way around the Inbox
See every WhatsApp chat in one place, who is replying, and what needs you first.
Before you start
- Your WhatsApp number is connected (Settings → Devices).

Open the Inbox
Tap Inbox in the menu. Your chats are on the left; the newest is on top.

Read the small badges
Each chat shows tags like Needs you, Waiting (the customer wrote last), its Pipeline stage and Hot or Warm. The little face on the photo shows if Nuha replies or your team replies.

Search a customer
Type in Search name or number at the top to find a chat fast.

Open a chat
Tap a chat to read it and reply. Nuha’s messages are purple, yours are dark, and the customer’s are white. Ticks show Sent, Delivered and Read.

See who the customer is
Tap the customer’s name at the top of the chat to open their details: what they want, orders, labels and team notes.
Tips
- Clear Needs you chats first. Those are chats Nuha handed to your team.
- A quick reply to Waiting chats keeps the sale warm.
- All times are Malaysia time.
Something not working?
The Inbox says "No chats yet".
Chats appear when a customer messages your WhatsApp number. If your number is not connected yet, connect it in Settings → Devices.
I can’t find a chat.
Check the quick view at the top is set to All, and tap Clear all to remove any filters.
