Keep your WhatsApp number healthy
Watch your Number Health score and let the Guardian protect your number from limits or bans.
Before you start
- Your WhatsApp number is connected
- 1
Open Number Health
Go to Settings → Devices and open the Number Health tab. When campaigns are slowed or paused, you can also tap Number Health → on the Campaigns page.

Read your score
The score (0–100) comes from how people react to your messages: blocks hurt most, then STOP replies, then failed messages, plus Meta’s own quality rating.
- 3
Follow the suggestions
Under What Nuha suggests, follow each tip. Open Contact Quality helps you clean numbers that failed or blocked you.
- 4
Know what the Guardian does
If blocks go over 1.5% in a week, campaigns are slowed down. If Meta’s rating drops to Medium or Low, marketing is paused; replies to customers carry on. Your team gets told each time.
- 5
Pause promotions yourself
Tap Pause promotions 7 days to rest your number. Tap Resume now to end it early.
Tips
- New numbers warm up: they can send fewer campaign messages a day at first, and more as they stay healthy.
- Send to people who chatted with you recently. Old or cold lists cause the most blocks.
- Keep the campaign safety rules on.
Something not working?
A banner says **Campaigns are paused** or **Campaigns are slowed down**.
The Guardian is protecting your number. Read the reason in Number Health. A low Meta rating usually recovers in about a week.
