Test batch: how a campaign is sent safely
Understand the progressive send, and what to do when a campaign is paused after its test batch.
- 1
The test batch goes first
With Progressive send on, about 5% of the audience (at least 5 people) gets the message first. Campaigns of 20 people or fewer go out in one go.

Nuha checks the results
About 30 minutes later, Nuha checks Replied and Blocked. If blocks stay under 1%, the Verdict says Safe to continue and the rest goes out by itself in batches.
- 3
Send the rest sooner (optional)
While it is checking, you can tap Send the rest now to skip the wait.
- 4
If the campaign is paused
Too many opt-outs or failed messages pause the campaign, and your team is told. The Verdict shows Check first. Read the reason, then tap Send the rest anyway or Stop campaign.

Tips
- If the test batch was paused, it is usually safer to stop, improve the message or the audience, and try again.
- Campaigns drafted from your AI tool (MCP) wait as Paused until you tap Approve & send.
Something not working?
The rest has not gone out.
Rest batches wait for quiet hours to end, and stop at your number’s daily limit. They continue on their own.
I do not see the test batch steps.
Progressive send was switched off, or the campaign had 20 people or fewer.
