Stop, re-run or save a campaign

Stop a campaign that is running, send it again, or save it to reuse later.

Open the campaign
Go to Campaigns and tap the campaign in the list.
Open this in Nuha Chat

Stop it
Tap Stop campaign to cancel a scheduled, running or paused campaign. Messages already sent stay sent.

Send the rest now · Stop campaign · Save as template

Save it as a template
Tap Save as template. Next time, in New campaign, it appears under Start from a saved campaign.

Run it again
For a Completed or Cancelled campaign, tap Run again. A copy opens with the same audience, template and rules.

Tips

There is no pause button for you. Nuha pauses a campaign by itself if the test batch looks unsafe.
To pause all promotions for a while, use Pause promotions 7 days in Number Health.
