Send a campaign

Send one promotion to many opted-in customers at once, in five short steps.

  • Your WhatsApp number is connected
  • At least one template approved by Meta

    Open Campaigns

    Go to Marketing → Campaigns and stay on the All campaigns tab. Tap New campaign.

    Pick who gets it

    In Audience, tap one or more groups, like Bought in last 90 days or Hot & warm leads. Nuha shows how many contacts are selected, with duplicates removed. Tap Next.

    Choose the template

    In Template, tap an approved template. If it has fields that are the same for everyone (like a promo code), type them in. The preview shows the message as the customer sees it. Tap Next.

    Check the rules

    In Rules, keep the safety switches on: Skip anyone messaged in the last 3 days, Max 1 marketing message per person per week, Progressive send and Quiet hours. Opted-out and blocked contacts are always skipped. Tap Next.

    Send now or schedule

    In Schedule, pick Send now or Schedule and set a date and time (Malaysia time). Nuha suggests the hours your buyers pay most. Tap Next.

    Review and send

    In Review, give the campaign a name and check Will receive, Meta cost (est.) and When. Tick the box that these customers agreed to get WhatsApp messages from you, then tap Send test batch now (or Schedule campaign).

Tips

  • How many campaigns you can send each month depends on your plan.
  • Small campaigns (20 people or fewer) go out in one go. Bigger ones start with a small test batch.
  • A new WhatsApp number can message only a limited number of different people a day with templates. Bigger campaigns carry on the next day.
  • To send the same campaign again later, open it and tap Run again.

Something not working?

The **New campaign** button is greyed out.

You need a connected WhatsApp number and at least one approved template. Check the notes at the top of the page.

It says "No customers match this audience".

Everyone in that group may have opted out, been messaged in the last 3 days, or had a promotion this week. Pick a bigger group or switch off a rule.

It says I have used all my broadcasts for this month.

Your plan has a monthly limit. Upgrade in Settings → Billing, or wait for next month.
