Tips
- Up to 8 questions fit on one WhatsApp screen and open inside WhatsApp. Forms with more questions, or a photo question, are sent as a link.
- How many forms you can have depends on your plan.
- To stop using a form, tap the archive icon. Old links stop working; you can restore it later.
Something not working?
The form card says "Sent as a link".
It has a photo question or more than 8 questions. Split it into two forms to keep it inside WhatsApp.
It says my plan includes only so many forms.
Archive a form you no longer use, or upgrade.
