Send from Forms
Go to Forms, tap Send on a live form, pick the Customer and tap Send on WhatsApp.

Or send from a chat
In the Inbox, open the chat, tap WhatsApp Form and pick the form.

Or share the link
Tap Copy link (or the copy icon on the form card) and share it anywhere.
Tips
- Sending a form is free inside the 24-hour reply window.
- An automation can send it too, with the Send WhatsApp Form action.
Something not working?
No customers to pick from.
Only customers who messaged you in the last 24 hours can be picked. Copy the link instead, or send it once they write.
**Send** is greyed out.
The form is a draft. Open it and tap Publish.
