    Open Responses

    Go to Forms → Responses, or tap Responses on a form card to see only that form.

    Read the answers

    Each response shows the customer, the form, the time, whether it came from WhatsApp or a link, and every answer. Tap View photo for photo answers.

    Export

    Tap Export CSV to download the answers you are looking at.

Tips

  • Answers are also saved on the customer’s profile and as a note, and your team gets a notification.
  • Export depends on your plan.
  • Each form card shows how many were sent, filled and the fill rate.
