Do something when a form is filled in

Thank the customer, add a label, create a task or move the deal when a form comes back.

   Start from the form template

   Go to Automations → Templates and, under Build your own, tap Use template on Form submitted → thank + task.

   Pick the form

   Tap the trigger and choose the form under Form submitted, or Any form.

   Add what should happen

   Add actions like Add label, Create task for staff, Move to stage (New lead, Qualified or Lost), Notify me or Send message (AI writes it).

   Chase people who did not fill it

   Use the Form not filled in 24 hours trigger to send a reminder.
