Build a flow on the canvas
Create your own automation step by step: a trigger, then actions, waits, conditions and AI steps.
- 1
Start a new flow
Go to Automations and tap New flow. Pick Blank flow, or a template such as No reply in 24 hours → follow up or Order paid → ask for address.

Name it and choose who can enter again
Type the Flow name at the top. Next to it choose Each customer once, Once a week per customer or Every time it happens.
- 3
Set the trigger
Tap the first step (Trigger) and pick what starts the flow, like New message or Order paid.
- 4
Add steps
Tap + on an arrow, or select a step and use Add a step after this. Choose Action (send, label, notify…), Wait, Condition (yes / no) or AI step.

Set each step
Tap a step to change its setting in the side panel. Use Move to put it somewhere else, or Remove step to delete it. Undo brings back the last change.
- 6
Save it
Tap Save & turn on to start it, or Save draft to finish later.
Tips
- Drag to move around the canvas. Pinch or use + / − to zoom; the square button fits it to the screen.
- Steps marked Soon are not available yet. A flow with one can only be saved as a draft.
- Your flows follow the same safety rules as the built-in ones: quiet hours, STOP and the 24-hour window.
Something not working?
**Save & turn on** is greyed out.
The flow uses a step that is not available yet. Swap it for another step, or save as a draft.
It says my plan includes only so many active automations.
Turn another flow off, or upgrade your plan.
