Add waits and conditions to a flow

Make a flow pause for a while, or go different ways depending on the customer.

   Add a wait

   Tap ＋ and choose Wait. Pick a time from Wait 30 minutes to Wait 4 weeks, or wait until a moment: Wait until a date & time, Wait until 1 day before booking, Wait until 2 hours before booking or Wait until order is Shipped.

   Decide what happens if the time has passed

   For "wait until" steps, set If this time has already passed: Continue to the next step, skip to a later step, or End the flow. The step shows a tag like If missed: continue.

   Add a condition

   Tap ＋ and choose Condition (yes / no). Pick a check like Customer paid?, Customer replied?, Lead is Hot?, Opted in to promos?, Has label, Bought or Order total over.

   Set what happens on "no"

   "Yes" carries on down. To do something on "no", select the condition and tap Add steps for “no”. The "no" steps end the flow after they run.
