Know when automations will not send, and change your quiet hours.

    See your quiet hours

    On Automations → Flows, the 🌙 line shows the hours nothing is sent (Malaysia time). Booking reminders go out earlier instead.

    Change them

    Tap Change in Settings. It opens Settings → Nuha AI → Safety, where you set your quiet hours.

    Know the built-in limits

    Each flow sends once per order or chat, and at most one payment reminder, follow-up or thank-you per customer per day. Customers who reply STOP or BERHENTI get no follow-ups or promotions.

Tips

  • Order and booking messages still go to customers who opted out of promotions.
  • Outside the 24-hour window, a flow needs an approved template to message a customer.
