Use more than one WhatsApp number
Connect a second number (for sales, support or another branch), name each one and pick your main number.
Before you start
- A free number on your plan, or an extra number added in Settings → Billing (RM49 a month)
- 1
Open Devices
Go to Settings → Devices. Under your numbers you see N of M numbers on your plan.
Open this in Nuha Chat - 2
Add another number
Under Add another number, pick how you use it and tap Connect WhatsApp. Follow Meta’s steps, the same as your first number. If your plan has no free number, tap Add a number to buy one first.
- 3
Name each number
Tap the pencil next to a number and type a name, like Sales, Support or Penang. Your team sees this name on every chat.

Pick the main number
Tap Make main on the number customers should see first. The main number shows on your Order Link, Booking page, ads and receipts, and sends broadcasts unless you pick another.
- 5
Work in one Inbox
Chats from every number come into Inbox, each with a 📞 tag. Use Filter → Number to see one number. Replies always go out from the number the customer wrote to.
Open this in Nuha Chat
Tips
- A customer who writes to two of your numbers has two chats (one per number), but one contact, one order history and one Pipeline card.
- Nuha answers on every number with the same catalog, Knowledge and settings.
- Want an agent to see only one number? See the guide on limiting agents to some numbers.
- Templates come from your main number’s WhatsApp Business Account. A number in another Meta account needs those templates there too.
Something not working?
It says “Your plan includes 1 WhatsApp number and it is connected”.
Add a number in Settings → Billing & AI fuel (Basic, Pro and Max), or move to Max, which includes 2.
A number shows **Over your plan**.
You have more numbers connected than you pay for (for example after moving from Max to Pro). Nothing can be sent from it. Add a number in Billing, or disconnect one.
