Add an extra WhatsApp number

Pay for one more WhatsApp number (RM49 a month) so you can connect it in Devices.

Open Billing
Go to Settings → Billing & AI fuel and find the WhatsApp numbers card. It shows how many numbers are connected and how many your plan includes.

Add and pay
Tap Add a number · RM49/month, tick the Terms box and pay on CHIP. The first payment covers the rest of your current plan period; after that it renews with your plan.

Connect the number
Go to Settings → Devices and use Add another number to connect it.

Remove one later
Disconnect the number in Devices first, then tap Remove an extra number in Billing. There is no refund for the period you paid; your next renewal costs less.

Tips

Lite, Basic and Pro include 1 number; Max includes 2.
If you have more numbers connected than you pay for (for example after moving from Max to Pro), the extra ones show Over your plan and cannot send until you add a number or disconnect one.

I only see **Upgrade to add numbers**.

Lite has no add-ons. Move to Basic or higher.

**Remove an extra number** is greyed out.

All your numbers are connected. Disconnect one in Settings → Devices first.
