Buy monthly add-ons for more team logins or more contacts without changing plan.

Open Add-ons
Go to Settings → Billing & AI fuel and find the Add-ons card. It shows seats used and your contact limit.

Pick how many
Next to Extra seats, Extra contacts · 1,000 or Extra contacts · 5,000, type how many (1 to 20).

Add and pay
Tap Add. The price on the button only covers the days left in this month. Tick the Terms box and pay on CHIP.

Remove one later
Tap Remove 1. It stays until the end of the month you paid, then stops. Tap Undo to change your mind. Your data is kept.

Tips

On a monthly plan, add-ons renew in the same payment as your plan. On a yearly plan they have their own monthly bill: we send the payment link 3 days before.
If a bigger plan costs less than your plan plus add-ons, Billing shows Save with …. Add-ons the new plan already covers stop at the end of the month you paid.
Extra WhatsApp numbers are coming later.

It says “Extra seats and extra contacts are on Basic and up”.

Lite has no add-ons. Tap Upgrade plan.

It says “Your add-ons are waiting for payment”.

Pay the add-on bill in History (tap Pay next to it), then add more.

It says “Renew your plan to add more”.

Your plan has ended. Renew it first.
