Open the credits pop-up
Tap the ⚡ credits chip in the top bar. Or go to Settings → Billing & AI fuel → AI credits.

Pick a pack
Under Top up · paid with CHIP (FPX or card), added instantly, tap a pack. Each shows the credits, about how many replies, and the price.

Agree and pay
Tick the box to agree to the Terms, then tap Continue to payment. Pay by FPX or card on CHIP’s page.

Check your balance
Back in Billing you see Payment received. The top-up credits are added straight away and show in coral on the credits bar.
Tips
- Top-up credits are used after your plan credits, and never expire while you have a plan. If your plan ends, they expire 12 months later.
- If you top up often, a bigger plan may cost less.
- Auto top-up when credits hit 0 is coming later.
Something not working?
I only see “Top-ups start on the Basic plan”.
Lite has no top-ups. Tap Upgrade to get more credits every month.
It says “Waiting for CHIP to confirm your payment…”.
Wait a few seconds; the page refreshes by itself.
