Payments, receipts and billing history

How you pay for Nuha Chat, where receipts go, and how to see past payments.

    Pay by FPX, DuitNow or card

    All payments go through CHIP’s secure page. Before every payment you tick the box to agree to the Terms. Your card details stay with CHIP.

    Get your receipt by email

    When a payment is received, the owner and admins get an email “Your Nuha Chat receipt” with the receipt number, amount and next renewal date.

    See your history

    In Settings → Billing & AI fuel, the History card lists payments and credits. Filter by All, Payments, Plan credits, Top-ups or Adjustments.

    Pay an open bill

    A bill that is not paid yet shows a Pay link. Tap it to pay. Unpaid payment links expire after 3 days, and a fresh one is sent when needed.

Tips

  • Prices exclude SST.
  • There are no refunds, except for a double charge or a system error. Email hello@nuhachat.com if that happens.

Something not working?

I paid but Billing still shows the old plan.

Wait a few seconds while it says Waiting for CHIP to confirm your payment…. If it does not change, contact support with your receipt.

It says “The payment did not go through”.

Nothing was charged. Try again.
