Renew after your plan ends or a payment fails
What happens when a plan is not renewed, and how to switch Nuha back on.
- 1
Watch for the warnings
When your plan has less than 3 days left, the plan chip turns red and a banner asks you to renew. We also email a payment link (or charge your saved card).
- 2
Know the 3 grace days
When the plan ends, plan credits stop. For 3 days Nuha keeps replying with top-up credits if you have them (otherwise chats go to your team). Then the account locks.
- 3
Know what “locked” means
Nuha stops replying to customers. Orders, invoices, bookings and reports keep working, and your chats, settings and AI credits are safe.
- 4
Renew
Go to Settings → Billing & AI fuel and tap Renew now (or Choose a plan). Pay, and Nuha switches back on.

Tips
- If your card cannot be charged, we email “Payment failed: update your card” with a link. Paying with another card also saves it as your new card. We try the old card again once a day, up to 3 times.
Something not working?
My card was declined.
Use the link in the email, or tap Renew now in Billing and pay with another card or FPX.
It says “Your saved card can no longer be used”.
Auto-renew was switched off. Pay with a new card; it becomes your saved card.
