Turn card auto-renew on or off

Let your saved card renew the plan automatically, or switch to a payment link each time.

    Save a card by paying with it

    When you pay for a plan, pick 💳 Card · renews automatically. CHIP saves the card for the next renewal.

    Find your card in Billing

    Under Your plan in Settings → Billing & AI fuel, you see the card and when it renews.

    Switch it off or on

    Tap Turn off auto-renew to get a payment link by email instead. Tap Turn on auto-renew to go back.

    Remove the card

    Tap Remove card to delete it. We will email you a payment link before your plan ends.

Tips

  • We email you 3 days before a card renewal, and charge about 12 hours before the plan ends.
  • Paying by FPX or DuitNow? We email a payment link 3 days before each renewal.
